Sludge Discharging Notice

Please read the notice in order to avoid some misunderstanding and disputes. Any question, please tell us.
1. Please arrange one of your people to take sounding the tank on our barge before start the pump.
2. We take sample of the sludge every 10, 15or 20 minutes, using a big spoon and pouring them to a dry bucket(Always we take the first sample 3 minutes after start pumping). If find that it is pure water, stop taking sample and take sounding of the pure water.
3. After finish, we will analyse the sample which collected part by part to get the water percentage in sludge by our authorised equipment. You can check out of the equipment by analysing some of the fuel oil in the same way.
4. And we, both sides, take sounding again on our barge to get the final quantity.
5. The density of the sludge, we usually take it as 0.95MT/CBM.
6. The payment we counted by this formula:
(Total quantity-pure water)*(1-water percent)*density*price

KG, New Asia Shipping Company. HMS Hanseatic Marine Services GmbH & Co. KG, Transeste Schiffahrt GmbH, Lemissoler Group etc.
After we established so many stable cooperation relations, We enlarged our business scope in 2008 and built second company --Shenzhen PengHai Ship Service Company, authorized by Shenzhen M. S. A, Shenzhen Transportation Administration Bureau; Engaged mayjor business of ship′s sludge/garbage removal & treatment, tank cleaning service from both home and abroad in ShenZhen port(including CHIWAN/SHEKOU/YANTIAN/DACHAN BAY and Shekou Youlian Shipyard).
Our company has been authorized and qualified with ISO9001 and ISO14001, and we conduct corporate governance in strict compliance with the requirements of these systems and international industrial standard, we operate our business in abidance by the rules and regulations of Shenzhen M. S. A and relevant authorities.
Currently, Our company Owns 4 receiving barges, 3 portable pumps and 1 treatment plant, Fully equipped with the latest industrial facilities and equipments, Professionally trained manpower, and several working team (with three of Senior emergency commander)of oil emergency response at sea within 24 hours. We are able to provide safe, efficient, and 24-hour service for our customers up to request by our customers and we are glad to provide all convenience for our customers.
