Twin-Screw Extruder
Double screw feed extruder: mixed raw materials in the high temperature and high pressure environment and the extrusion of double screw, the starch structure in the raw material changes, becomes easy to receive nutrients, extruded through the feed mold, by adjusting the rotation speed of the rotary cutting motor, until the speed of the size and length of the same feed particles. The specific particle size and shape can be obtained by changing the mold. Feed extruder adopts advanced frequency conversion speed regulation technology, more energy saving, speed control, motor operation current, speed can be directly seen through the inverter panel to ensure equipment safety.

Dryer
The oven is divided into electric oven, oil oven, gas oven and steam oven. The temperature is adjusted between normal temperature and 120 degrees by the control cabinet. The interior of the oven is stainless steel mesh belt, stable transmission and low failure rate. Feed particles are circulated through multiple S-shaped tracks to dry feed particles to safe water content and increase shelf life.
Spray seasoning line: spray oil, food attractor, etc., seasoning cylinder has octagonal cylinder, cylinder, lift single drum, double drum seasoning line, according to the production, product nature configuration, the grease is sprayed on the feed surface, while spraying mince and spices, spread evenly.
