3, MAIN COMPOSITION OF EQUIPMENTS
3.1. SRM Stand
SRM stand is key part of SRM mill, it's the tool which can make the deformation of tubes. It's built by 5 parts: internal driving unit, stand assembly, SRM rolls, cooling water pipeline, grease pipeline. ,.5: ,,,,.
3.2. Internal Driving Unit
Internal gearing is the key component of SRM stand, it's built by gear coupler, double spiral bevel gear, bearings, safety rings, one positive shafts, two negative shafts, rolls, seals, etc.; After assembled the SRM stands inside of SRM mill, the gear coupler connected with the annular gear of SRM mill, pass the rolling force to the positive shaft of SRM stands, and pass to the negative shafts. We use safety ring in our design, if the rolling force beyond maximum level, the safety ring cut off automatically, the rolling strength can't be past and protect the bearings and rolls, etc. ,,,,,,,,.,,,.,,,.
3.3. Stand Assembly
SRM stand assembly built by two casted structure which connected by high-strength bolt, And through 2 sets of positioning holes and positioning pins positioning. ,2.
3.4. Cooling Water Pipeline
The SRM stand has automatic water cooling unit, after the SRM stands installed, the water connector of SRM stand plug-in the connector of main mill, open the top of one-way valve, the cooling water spread between the roll surface and SRM stand, the cooling water can be controlled by superior valve control based on the production need. ,,,,,.
3.5. Grease Pipeline
The grease distributor supply oil to bearing of SRM stands, seal, gears for lubrication. The grease distributor with trolley will be prepared by the buyer. ,,,().
The speedy water connector assembly is a single-direction valve unit, the one end connected with water supply through water pipeline, the other end is a single-direction valve, after SRM stand move inside of SRM mill base, the water connector of SRM stands unplug the single-direction valve, cooling water flow inside of pipeline of SRM stand accordingly. ,,,,,.
