Sumetall is Chinese brand for Shopfittings, and a main supplier of MDF slatwall panels. Slatwall panel is also called slat wall, slat board, slot wall or slot board, as well as display wall and groove wall etc. It's usually fixed on the wall, widely used in retail store and shops to display products and merchandise. Slatwall has routed grooves (or called slots) to allow for placement for metal hooks, bracket accessories etc, and also for various Acrylic accessories.
Sumetall slatwall panels are made of MDF, It's the high quality engineered timber product made with hardwood or softwood fibers, the main features are as bellow:
1: Grade: E1 or E2, or E0 as well. With CARB certificate.
2: Standard size: Horizontal slatwall panel 4' x 8' (1220x2440mm), Or Vertical slat wall panels 8' x 4' (2440x1220mm). With standard thick: 18mm and 16mm
3: Standard grooving is 3" (75mm)on center, Other size like 4"(100mm), 6"(150mm), 8"(200mm), and 12"(300mm) are available.
4: Standard slot wall panel surface: With a durable solid color or patterend Melamine Low Pressure Laminate (LPL) finish. Specialty finishes such as real wood veneer, acrylic mirror, or High Pressure Laminate (HPL) are also available.
5: Metal accessories: Aluminum insert or PVC insert, Chrome slatwall hooks etc.
