Test Station/Test Post/Test Pillar/Test Pole for Cathodic Protection

CS-3F test post is used to monitor parameters of cathodic protection and is multi-functional and indispensable in management and maintenance of pipeline. Test post can test potential, current and insulated performance. There are 6 connection terminals. According to designed units' requirements, the test post can be designed as potential test post, current test post, sacrificial anode test post, insulated performance test post and crossing test post.
CS-3F test post is composed of conduit, terminal board, cables and nameplate.
Main feature
Test post is made of seamless steel tube. Specification: 0108mmx4 mmx 3000mm. External coating is painted by anti-ultraviolet electrostatic powder spraying. The coating is durable and beautiful.
Test post has been provided with anti-theft function. Measuring door is embedded in door frame. Surrounding space between door and door frame is small.
Lock-core is located at the bottom of lock cup. Door button is limited by flexible reed bracket, it is unable to open measuring door without the special key.
Lock-core is raised equilateral triangle and surrounded by cup-shaped encloser. It is can prevent lock from damage.
Sleeve is weld in door and door spindle is welded in door frame separately, solid and flexible.
The wiring board is made from epoxy glass fibreboard. Terminals on the board are suitable to connect cables of which section is 6-10mm2.
Buried depth: 800mm.
