Structural characteristics:

1. Furnace shell: The furnace body is welded with profiles and steel plates.

2. Furnace lining: High-quality high-temperature refractory fiber blankets are used as raw materials, and are pressed into the required specifications with special pressure equipment. The furnace lining has no gaps and can achieve perfect heat storage effect.

3. Heating element: high temperature iron-chromium-aluminum resistance heating element is adopted, which has high thermal efficiency, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. The resistance band is distributed on the furnace wall and furnace door wall; the resistance wire is distributed on the furnace bottom.

4. Furnace bottom plate: It is made of high chromium and nickel alloy casting. Under high temperature conditions, it not only has oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, but also ensures the original mechanical properties such as strength and hardness.

5. Furnace door device: It consists of furnace door, furnace door lifting mechanism and furnace door pressing device.

6. Trolley: The steel structure of the trolley does not deform under full load, and the interior is made of thermal insulation bricks and refractory bricks; the trolley drive mechanism is driven by the reducer to drive the sprocket to walk on the track.
