Conveyor Residue Pulley

Introduction:
    PZG model residue pulley rotatory was developed in 1997, this product is being promoted worldwide and receiving acclaims from our customers due to its remarkable quality.
    In the domestic and overseas market, there are now two types of pulley: rubber-faced pulley and uncovered pulley with simple structure. Although they are wide in application, however,once there is some hard materials such as gangue, slag,or ore sand enter the empty gap between the belt and pulley, it could be either that the hard material is rolled into powder or the hard material tear the belt and cause damage to the rubber-faced of the pulley. The PZG model residue pulley have no the above-mentioned shortcomings and, could improve the safety of the belt, the operation stability and maintence cost.
    This product specially fit in the steel/iron raw material plant, material yard of the wharf, power station and each tiausfer point of the bucket wheel redaiming machine in the coalgard, where they are now receiving welcome widly from our customers.
 
Combination notes:
    In PZG 1608, PZG stands for residue pulley rotatory, 16 stands for the belt width B=1600mm and 08 stands for the diameter of the pulley D=800mm.
    The bolts that fasten on the framework is not included in the drawing.
    The mass in the table is under standard condition. Since the tension of the pulley are different, we are able to design for our customers in order to meet their unique needs and decrease the mass or increase the combination force and strength.
