1. Product Features
KL2.5LM(A) is designed based on GB7957-2003, < General requirements for safety of cap lamp >, the lights have advantage of small, light, convenient to carry, long using life, high illumination, maintenance-free, safe and less wasting, charging fast, etc. When the main light source damaged or over schedule lighting time, just switching to auxiliary light source which can provide emergency light for working in well. Meanwhile, it plays a life-saving role when happen an emergency. The auxiliary light source can continuous lighting more than 45 hours.
Lithium battery inside has a protection device protect over-charging, over-discharging, over-heating, extending the batterys using life.
2. Structure and Principle
KL2.5LM(A) is made of lamp holder, cable, batteries ( including safety protection device ). There are 8 LED light sources in the holder of head light, it can be fixed on the mining safety cap.
Basic circuit of KL2.5LM(A) is made of light source, lamp holder, LED luminous diode, switch etc, the lamp holder has circuit switch, control main light or auxiliary
Light to shine or put out. The lamp holder have charging device, adopt lamp holder charge ways, there are short circuit protection device in lithium batteries, can cut off the power automatic and protect safety once the short-circuited phenomenon happened.
3. Usage and Operating Environment
Mining light can continuous discharge or intermittent discharge, use maintenance-free of lithium batteries can use directly under generally. To use after charging as long time shortage or for insurance purpose. Can charge by traditional 5V charging rack for mining lamp, stop charging automatic after charging no more than 8 hours.
There are two directions in lamp holder switch. One is main source, to work. Another is auxiliary light source, to spare or non-working. The lamp holder have automatic outage device, can cut off charging for the bulb when glass or bulb broken, avoid blasting through flammable gas.
