| Overview

Internet of Things IC card controller (hereinafter referred to as "controller") is a new type of gas flow meter suitable for supporting various types of Roots, turbine and other series, to achieve IC card gas sales management. This product is widely used in all kinds of gas flow measurement, is the ideal measuring meter for industrial and commercial users such as factories, organs, hotels, hospitals and large shopping malls to use gas, it has the advantages of accurate metering, reliable performance, and can display various relevant information. Open or close the valve in time to control the gas usage. Suitable for pipe pressure less than 400KPa environment.

| Installation Requirements

The controller should be installed in a well-ventilated location, away from fire, rain, moisture, and avoid direct sunlight for a long time. Safety height shall comply with relevant local regulations.

• Before the controller is connected, the debris in the pipeline should be removed, and the pipeline should have no leakage.

• The VDQ-A controller must be installed horizontally and properly connected to the air inlet and outlet in accordance with the arrow directions indicated.

• The connection between the pipeline and the gas controller shall not leak, and the gas pressure entering the flow controller shall not exceed 0.4MPa.

• After installation, apply soapy water to the inlet (outlet) air outlet, check for air leakage, and confirm that there is no air leakage before normal use. It is strictly forbidden to detect leaks with open flame to avoid accidents.

• When installing, pay attention to the gas flow arrow at the bottom of the valve, which indicates the gas flow direction and cannot be reversed.
