HMAS-C is an intelligent hardness measurement and analysis system, which is a high-performance intelligent hardness measurement and analysis system launched recently. this analysis system is independently designed, developed and manufactured by combining optical, mechanical, electrical, software and hardware technologies,it can implement the following functions:
1. A new three-way optical system has been developed on the touch screen digital micro hardness tester to realize the connection of computer image processing system, simultaneous viewing and testing of eyepiece and CCD photography;
2, The instrument is equipped with high-precision CCD image imaging system and image acquisition processor, the instrument internal acquisition indentation image into the computer software processing center
3, The instrument is equipped with hardness measurement and analysis system.
This software has the hardness measurement analysis software of image recognition, measurement and analysis technology, and realizes the automatic high-speed measurement of hardness images.The software system has a variety of hardness features (analog focusing, color background);
4, Automatic turret: automatic switch between the indenter and the objective lens, high-precision motor control technology, so that the tower conversion more easily.
5,Automatically generate PDF, Word, Excel and other formats of hardness measurement analysis report, image saving, printing and other functions.
6,HMAS-C intelligent hardness measurement and analysis system is suitable for measuring the micro hardness of small, thin specimen, surface penetration coating and other specimens and measuring the micro hardness of glass, ceramics, agate, gems and other brittle materials. 7.This machine is equipped with automatic motion control system.X-Y automatic table stroke self-checking up to 2um accuracy can be freely moved in the stroke of the control mode through the brain controlled by the high-precision stage mechanism, not only to achieve the convenience of operation, but also for the precision size measurement (such as coating thickness, metallographic analysis and hardness gradient, etc.) and metal structure analysis provides a more correct means of analysis
