Main structure and function of machine
1.Stainless steel water tank: store water for cleaning
2 .Water filling port: filling water into water tank
3. Liquid inlet:Circulation cleaning liquid inlet
4.Liquid outlet:Circulation cleaning liquid outlet
5.Pressure release valve:Reduce the cleaning shock pressure of the outlet
6.Switch valve: Switch between recycle mode and cleaning mode. See connection method 5.1 for details
7.Recycling port: recycle waste water after SCR cleaning
8.Drain valve: drain the water in the pump
9.Waste liquid valve: drain the waste liquid in the water tank
10.Heating rod: heating the cleaning liquid in the water tank.
11.Pressure regulating valve: adjust the air burst pressure (0.08Mpa-0.1mpa has been set in factory, do not change without special requirements)
12. Air inlet: connect to external air source
13.Air tank: store compressed air
14.Air burst solenoid valve: instantly open to provide instant air burst pressure
15.Exhaust fan: dissipate heat inside the device
16.High pressure water pump: Provides high pressure water flow for circulation cleaning
17.Ground stud: Connecting ground wire

Operation instructions
1.Connection method
2 Preparation for start-up
Connect power and switch on
Connect pipe&hose and air bag connector
Connect the external air source and confirm whether the gas bursting pressure is within the standard range (0.08Mpa-0.1mpa).
Add water to the tank, the water level is a little lower than the filter.
3 Instructions
After machine connected power, push the upper air switch, press power button, touch screen will light up and enter the control system.
The cleaning temperature and cleaning time on parameter setting interface have been adjusted before leaving the factory, do not modify if it's not necessary.
The power button needs should operate manually, to control machine on/off.
Heating control requires manual operation. When it's necessary to heat cleaning liquid in water tank, click the heating button on touch screen. Thetemperature setting should not exceed 60°C.
On gas explosion(air burst) mode, machine will complete high-pressure air burst every 30 seconds; On bubble mode,it's a continuous air supplying mode.
In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button.
