Application:
1.The filter is applicable for circulating filtration of chromic acid plating solution

ONE PIECE INJECTED WITHOUT WELDING OF FILTER BODY and stand are adopted the integrative mould and increase the intensity of the filter body with the projection rib.
The filter house adopts PVC and the pump part adopts PVDF.
The least welding of filter in the filter field, it greatly decrease the leakage.
Assemble with self-priming pump or magnetic drive pump is depend on customer. If with magnetic drive pump, it can avoid the problem of dry running leakage and environment pollution.
The same machine can be used for different filter element materials: lock core filter, paper filter and bag filter and so on.
Safety switch device, when the motor is overloaded or single load, the safety switch automatically cuts off the power supply.
Humanized component design, production of all parts by mold opening,100% easy to exchange parts, and can be changed at any time according to different filter materials.
The motor protective cover ensures that the motor is not easy to be corroded in acid gas.
it is equipped with a bottom valve and a check valve , also equipped with a group of PVC or PP flange at the inlet and outlet.
