Thi®s-568 Cement Mortar Defoamer
Description:
Foam or bubbles of air,develops during mixing of grout and mortar with water and becomes entrapped,Without addition of defoamer and elimination of the foam the air voids reduce density,strength and produce surface defects.
Thinkingchem developed a defoamer that is optimized for use in construction products based on cement and calcium silicate construction materials.
This-568 defoamer inhibit many small air bubbles into a mortar when the mortar is mixed with water.It can control the air content of dry mortars in order to obtain a smoother surface quality and increased strength.
Characters:
1. Low dosage efficiency (up to 50% less than commonly available defoamer)
2. Very high suface quality at low dosages.(Reduced dents and pinholes)
3. No foam formation on the surface.
4. Produces desired rusults when dosage rate is adjusted.
5. Not temperature sensitive.
