Established in 2003, Hebei Yasater Plastic Products Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer and exporter in China for rubber hose mandrels. Our company is located in Taoyuan area, Zhuozhou city, Hebei province, which has convenient transportation to Beijing airport and Tianjin seaport.
Covering an area of 12, 000 square meters, we now have 7 automatic production lines and more than 80 employees including 5 skilled technicians, an annual production of 5 million meters. Our mandrels are all made by advanced extrusion equipments and pass the strict quality inspection, all production process is executed as per ISO 9001 quality system, so that all our mandrels have smooth surface without internal voids and good dimensional stability.
Our product range includes PP mandrel, PA mandrel, EPDM mandrel, TPX mandrel, and TPE mandrel. The flexible mandrels are used to control the internal diameter of rubber hose, which have good characteristics such as mandrel released easily, little modulus change, and accurate dimension control. Our mandrels can meet all the strict requirements of hose makers.
