The EMIA-20P high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer utilizes HORIBA's advanced combustion technology and high-frequency induction heating with combustion control function. It adopts four non dispersive infrared detectors (i.e. CO, CO2 high, CO2 low, SO2 infrared detectors). The automatic blowing mechanism, which adopts the latest patented technology, significantly improves the dust removal effect and greatly prolongs the maintenance free time, thereby achieving high reliability, easy operation, and fast carbon sulfur joint measurement. By optimizing the detection program, the analysis and purging time can be further shortened, and the entire analysis process can be completed within 60 seconds. The instrument has powerful data analysis and processing functions, including heating, extraction, dynamic display of release curves, graphic comparison, differential operation processing, and can directly transmit data through the network. The rich data processing software provides simple and efficient analysis methods for production and scientific research. The powerful help function provides real-time guidance for operators in three aspects: condition detection navigation, maintenance navigation, and fault analysis navigation.
