1, Usage Description
This equipment is a three roll symmetrical upward adjustment plate bending machine, used to bend metal plates of a certain thickness into cylindrical, curved and other parts at room temperature. Its working principle is rotational bending deformation. It is an essential equipment for manufacturing machinery and equipment in industries such as chemical, cement, shipbuilding, boilers, aviation, water conservancy, and power transmission and transformation towers.

3, Structure and Transmission
1. Main components
(1) Upper and lower rollers: important components of the plate rolling machine, made of 45 # steel.
(2) Rack: The rack is made of Q235 steel plate welded structure. Divided into left and right racks, each with a lower roller bearing installed on the rack. There is a lifting screw inside the frame, and the upper end of the screw is connected to the bearing seats at both ends of the upper roller. It is equipped with a worm gear pair and a spiral pair at the bottom. Rotate the nut in the worm gear to raise or lower the upper roller.
(3) Reducer: The main reducer is the ZQ500 reducer. The auxiliary reducer is the ZQ250 type reducer.
(4) Unloading device: installed on one side of the reducer for balancing the upper roller during unloading.
(5) Base: welded from channel steel and steel plate. Install the frame, reducer, motor, etc. on it to form a whole.
(6) Electrical part: all installed in one electrical control cabinet for easy operation.
2. Transmission
(1) Main drive: The two lower rollers of this machine are the driving rollers, and the upper roller is the driven roller. The main motor drives the lower roller to rotate through a reducer and a pair of open gears. The frictional force between the steel plate of the upper roller and the lower roller drives it.
(2) Secondary transmission: The upper roller is raised or lowered by a secondary motor through a secondary reducer and a worm gear secondary spiral pair.
4, Operating instructions
The feeding of the metal plate is driven by the friction between the metal plate and the working roller. The plate is bent into an arc based on the three tangent points in contact with the working roller, and the required curvature radius is achieved by adjusting the lifting degree of the upper roller.
(1) When rolling: first confirm that the three rollers are in a parallel state, so that the distance between the upper and lower busbars of the upper rollers is slightly greater than the thickness of the plate. Then, feed one end of the plate into the middle of the lower roller, and operate the upper roller to lower and clamp the end of the steel plate. Operate the lower roller rotation (to align the rotation direction with the feed direction) to perform initial bending on the middle of the sheet metal. Adjust the lifting degree of the upper roller according to the size of the curvature radius, and repeat this process several times until the required curvature radius is reached.
(2) When unloading: Raise the upper roller to a certain height, unscrew the unloading device to press the tail of the upper roller, and then withdraw it

4, Operating instructions

The movable pin is pulled down by the movable inverted head, and the rolled metal cylinder can be unloaded from one end of the upper roller, thus completing the unloading work. After the unloading work is completed, reset the movable inverted head and insert the inverted head pin.
(3) Attention: Before rolling, the oxide slag around the unfolded part should be cleaned to avoid damage to the surface of the work roller during operation. The welded workpiece should be polished at the welding site before rolling or correction can be carried out on the machine. To prevent accidents, the upper and lower rollers must not be pressed against each other and there must be a gap greater than the plate thickness.
5, Lubrication system
The friction parts of the machine need to be lubricated and regularly lubricated to maintain the normal operation of the parts, and cannot be neglected. Inject engine oil into the gearbox. The remaining lubrication points must be regularly filled with mechanical oil, usually using 20-30 grade engine oil. Before adding, it must be filtered to remove impurities. Apply grease lubrication to the meshing parts of each exposed open gear, worm gear, and worm gear.
6, Electronic control system
The electronic control system of the equipment is all installed inside the control cabinet, with an operation console on top. Easy to operate.
