1) The product specification and detailed transportation address shall be pasted on the surface of each outer carton (to prevent lost items and facilitate retrieval)
2) Each case of finished product is enclosed with waterproof and moisture-proof plastic film bag (to avoid the package being affected by moisture during shipping) 3) The outer packing adopts thick AA five layer corrugated kraft carton (can play a good role in compression and fall resistance)
4) We've added two extra tough plastic ties to the outer packaging (better to protect the items from scattering during transportation |

Re: There will be a pre-production sample quality check before mass production and a final inspection before shipment.

Re: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
Re: Generally speaking, it will take 15 workdays after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the quantity of your order.
Q5. How much is the freight fee?
Re: We will confirm the freight cost based on the size of the carton boxes, the weight & volume, transportation method, and delivery terms.
Q6. What are your terms of packing?
Re: Generally, we use standard exported wooden cases/carton boxes for LCL goods and fixed well for FCL goods.
Q7. Can we mix different types in one container?
Re: Sure. Different types can be miced in one container, but the quantity of each type should not be less than MOQ.
Q8. Can you customize or support ODM/OEM?
Re: Yes, with sufficient quantities, we can customize unique designs and colors for you.

Re: Expedited orders may be accommodated depending on seasonal demand and packaging capacity. We recommend consulting with our Product Specialist to ascertain our current availability for rush orders.
Q12. How do I change something on the order I just placed?
Re: If your order has not been submitted to mass production yet, you can contact your Product Specialist to make changes on your order.
All artwork and order specification changes must occur before you approve the final proof for your order.
If a change or cancellation is requested after the final proof approval, we may be able to pull the order from production if we are notified immediately. More complex changes will be subject to additional fees.
Q13. Will I see a proof for my order? How do I know if my art is printable?
Re: Before moving forward to mass production, our Pre-press Team will review your artwork to ensure there are no errors and send you a final proof for you to approve. If your artwork is not up to our printable standards, our Pre-press Team will advise and guide you to through fixing these errors as best as we can.
