3 Axis Servo Motor Robotic Arm

High rigid and light aluminium alloy structure of drawbench section and Vertical section. AC servo motor drive and PLC controller are using for traversing, vertical, draw bench section. Positioning and operation can be accurate, quick, stable. Convenience for packing arrangement.

2. Using special synchronization times speed structure of belt, greatly shorten the structure height of up and down arm. Not only improve the speed and steady of vertical stroke but also be workable in low height workshop.

3. AC servo motor drive be use for standard traversing, speed and stability, wearable, long service life. Positioning accuracy as high as + / - 0.1 mm.

4. Set up the safety mode in advance, completely to avoid any hidden danger to be cause by wrong operation and ensure safety.

5. With standard connector, can be use the assist equipment, belt conveyor, vertical transporter by connecting.

6. Special design of circuit be ensure the safety of robot arm and mould even system error or gas source be cut off etc.

Applications:

R-950WSY - S3 is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine for take-out products and sprues. Vertical arm is telescopic type, servo motor drive be use for traverse stroke, vertical and crosswise stroke. After installed this robot, the productivity will be increased 10~30%, reduce defective rate, ensure safety of operators, reduce manpower and accurately control the output to reduce waste.
