Installation Steps of Geomembrane:



 

Preparation Work:

 

  • Ensure that the construction site meets the necessary requirements, remove debris and dust, and ensure a flat and solid foundation.

  • Avoid dragging or forcefully pulling the geomembranes during transportation and storage to prevent damage.


  •  


 

Measurement and Cropping:

 

  • Accurately measure the dimensions of the laying area before cutting the geomembrane, and cut it according to the actual needs.

  • Leave a margin of 1.5% during cutting to account for local sinking and stretching, avoiding excessive tightness.

Laying:

 

  • Keep the geomembranes flat and tightly pressed from bottom to top, ensuring a secure bond between membranes and between membranes and the substrate.
