Visit Made-in-China.com and use the search box to enter the product keywords. Select the "Secured Trading Service" option to filter for STS-eligible products.
Step 1. Find a supplier that supports Secured Trading Service



Step 2. Choose your desired product and click the "Start Order Request" button on the product page.

Step 3. Fill in information such as your shipping address, billing address, and purchase quantity, then submit the order. Once the supplier confirms, proceed to the checkout via Account > Transactions > My Orders > Pay Now.

Step 4. Pay through Made-in-China.com. Proceed with your preferred payment method, either Card Payment or Bank Transfer. The payment account will be displayed with your online order.

Step 5. Track order. Track the progress of your order every step of the way by going to Account > Transactions > My Orders.
Step 6. Confirm receipt. Once you have received the shipment, select "confirm the receipt" to complete your order.
