The advantage of Al wire:

1. Light weight
Al density is only about 1/3 of the same size copper wire. it is very effective to reduce the weight of the cables and coils in the field of audio coil, improved product performance.

2. Good DC resistivity
Al resistivity is about 1.6 times of pure copper wire. for same resistance, Al diameter is about 1.3 times of pure copper wire,and Al weight is only about 1/2 of pure copper wire.

3.  Lower cost

The cost of using Al wire can be decreased 40%-50% than using pure copper wire in some field .

Along with the copper price rise sharply and the shortage of copper resources, Al  wire can be a good alternative as it's obvious advantage.
