Hello, my company was set up in 2015 by an agency as part of their payment scheme. In 2017 the agency abolished their Limited Company payment scheme and switched to an Umbrella payment scheme due to new legislations passed by the government.

New legislation introduced a new tax (Employer's National Insurance) which meant I was paying an extra 13.8% of my earnings.

As a result, I was quite annoyed, which fortunately LED me to do some intensive company research which has taught me a few different ways in which I can avoid the Employer's NI legally.

As I now have complete control of the company, I would like to expand my business operations, and the first expansion I am working on is as a retailer on Amazon and E-bay. I will start with Mobile Phone Cases and have targets I would like to reach.

When I reach my targets I will look into further expansions.

My company is registered for VAT.
