DHX3 homogeneous & emulsification pump DHX3 homogeneous & emulsification pump can online sustained homogeneous and emulsion. Its working chamber comprises 3-stage, 12 layers of stators and rotors. The materials are dispersed, refined, emulsified step by step through stators and rotors. This product can be used in the cyclic processing of large & medium quantities. Product Features: 1. Homogeneous & emulsification pump is an efficient type product with mix, dispersion, breaking, dissolution, refinery, homogenization, emulsifying. 2. Non-blind area, high efficiency and energy-saving. Simple assembling and disassembling, easy to maintenance and clean. 3. The pump can be run circularly or in one time. 4. Different structure of stator & roto can be interchanged in the same pump type. 5. Different pump structure and rotor & stator can be selected depends on different working conditions. 6. Working principle of homogeneous pump Just as diagram form, homogeneous & emulsification pump comprises 1 to 3 stages, or 2 to 6 corresponding shearing stators and rotators. The pump will indraft medium into working chamber with rapid turning of the motor, then treat the medium with compound, dispersion, refinery and emulsion.
