Product Description In most rod pumping wells, rod pumps are easier to adopt than tubing pumps. The main reason is that the complete rod pump can be lifted from the well with the sucker rod string without moving the tubing string. The rod pump is lowered the seating nipple according to the designed pump hanging depth, the pump body is connected to the sucker rod and then goes down to the well and inserted into the seating nipple to complete the sealing. The rod pump is composed of barrel assembly, plunger assembly, standing valve assembly and seating assembly. Product advantages: The maintenance operation is convenient and can be completed by lifting the sucker rod The tubing and casing connection can be achieved by lifting the rod string, and perform well washing, steam injection, and sand washing operations. Product limitations: The rod pump body needs to pass through the tubing, so the oil well with the same size tubing has a smaller pump displacement.
