The oven uniformly heats the PET preforms, which are then manually or semi-automatically transferred into the blowing machine where they are inflated into the final bottle shape using high-pressure air. Depending on the number of cavities, these machines offer production capacities ranging from 650 to 1, 500 bottles per hour (BPH), making them ideal for small to medium production runs. Fully automatic machines are equipped with an integrated automatic loader system. Operators simply place the preforms into the feeding hopper, and the system automatically conveys, heats, and blows them into finished bottles. These machines can be seamlessly connected to downstream equipment such as conveyor belts, automatic inspection systems, filling machines, capping machines, and labeling machines, enabling the creation of a fully automated, continuous production line.
