2BV series oil ring vacuum pump is based on 2BV series water ring vacuum pump, the working liquid is changed from the original water to transformer oil. Due to the saturation of the oil and the low vapor pressure, the ultimate vacuum degree is higher, and can reach the absolute pressure of 6.7mbar or even 1.3mbar. The water ring vacuum pump can only reach the absolute pressure of 33mbar due to the saturation of water and high vapor pressure. In the extraction of large pollution gas and in some special working occasions, the working liquid of the 2BV series oil ring vacuum pump can also be water or other liquids, because the pump is a closed circulation system, greatly reducing the pollution to the environment, its limit vacuum degree is determined by the saturated steam pressure of the working liquid.

Oil ring vacuum pump is widely used in oil refining, pigments, plastics, soap, food, sugar, pharmaceutical and other aspects of evaporation crystallization, drying filtration; Concrete work in construction; Vacuum degassing in metallurgical industry. Because of its compact structure, small maintenance, reliable work and high efficiency, it can replace W, WY, W1 and other series of reciprocating vacuum pumps in many occasions.

As shown in the figure: the pumped gas is removed by the 2BV oil ring pump and discharged into the oil and gas separator, in which the oil and gas are separated, the gas is discharged from the exhaust port, the oil is collected and cooled in the tank, and then sucked into the oil ring pump from the working liquid inlet for recycling. The heating of the pump oil is due to the heat brought by the pumped gas and the heat generated by the oil ring pump itself.

Oil ring vacuum pump can work at the temperature of 20-90ºC below the performance basically no change (water ring pump in the water temperature of more than 50ºC performance will be greatly reduced), its in the extraction of water vapor and other gases due to high oil temperature, water vapor should not condense, so the pump oil should not be emulsified, thereby improving the service life of the pump oil.
