Introduction of QP series pneumatic disc brakes :QP (CQP) series pneumatic caliper disc brakes are composed of two parts: the brake frame and the cylinder. The block opens (ie unbrakes) quickly. When the air cylinder stops supplying air and the air is quickly released through the control valve, the piston rod is quickly stretched out under the action of the spring force inside the cylinder, so that the left and right brake arms drive the friction blocks to close (that is, the brake) to achieve braking and deceleration.

The brake pad is automatically positioned with the device to ensure that the upper and lower gaps between the brake pad and the brake disc of the main engine are equal when the whole machine is opened and closed.
