1. Product description
SjJS1500-3Bconcrete mixing mainframe is a high-efficiency product manufactured by our company after improved design and serialization on the basis of the original product. 1.1.1 Transmission system
The transmission system is driven by two motors through the belt to two right-angle planetary reducers, and the reducer then drives the two stirring shafts to rotate through the spline shaft, and the synchronization of the two stirring shafts is achieved by the coupling. 1.2.2 Mixing system
The mixing system consists of a mixing tank and a mixing device.
1.2.1.2.1 Mixing tank
The mixing tank is composed of a cylinder body and a liner.
In order to avoid wear on the inside of the cylinder body, the entire cavity of the cylinder body is equipped with a wear-resistant liner, which can be replaced by the user according to the wear of the liner. There is a discharge port under the cylinder body so that the concrete can be unloaded in time.
1.2.2.2.2 Mixing device
The stirring device consists of a stirring shaft, a stirring arm, a stirring blade and a sealing device at the end of the shaft. The mixing arm and the mixing shaft are fixed by connecting sleeves and bolts. The mixing blade and the mixing arm are connected by bolts through long holes. By adjusting the position of the mixing blade, ensure that the gap between the blade and the cylinder liner is not greater than5mm, which can not only slow down the wear of the blade and the liner, improve its service life, discharge clean materials, and reduce energy consumption and noise, so that the mixer works smoothly and is not easy to get stuck.
Shaft end sealing device: it consists of two special polyurethane sealing rings and floating seals. The floating sealing device is composed of a pair of floating sealing rings and a pair of rubber ring assembly. It forms a sealing cavity through the compression and deformation of the rubber ring. At the same time, the axial force generated by it compresses the adhesive surface of the two floating sealing rings to form a floating seal-after the adhesive surface is worn out, the elasticity of the rubber ring can be determined by the elasticity of the rubber ring.Deformation to compensate. The electric concentrated oil pump supplies oil to the floating seal ringin time,so that the wear surface of the floating seal ring in the sealing chamber and the wear surface of the polyurethane sealing ring are well lubricated. Therefore, this device can ensure that the shaft end seal is durable, safe and reliable, while also reducing maintenance costs.
1.3 Unloading system
The system consists of a unloading door, a unloading mechanism, etc.
1.3.1.3.1 Unloading door
The discharge door is processed from welded parts. The bearings at both ends of the discharge door should be maintained carefully. Oil must be injected after each cleaning of the mixing tank. There is a long hole in the sealing strip between the discharge door and the mixing tank. By adjusting its position, the gap between the discharge door and the mixing tank can be adjusted to ensure the sealing performance.
1.3.2 Unloading mechanism
The unloading mechanism is divided into two methods: pneumatic unloading and hydraulic unloading(special order).
1.3.2.1Pneumatic unloading mechanism includes cylinder, rocker arm, solenoid valve, etc.
The air source for pneumatic unloading is generally provided by the air pump used in the mixing station (building). The air pressure requirement is generally ≥0.5MPa. Theworking principle is that the cylinder is driven by the rocker arm to rotate the unloading door at a certain angle, and the cylinder is controlled by a solenoid valve. Movement.
1.3.2.2The hydraulic unloading mechanism includes hydraulic power packs, rocker arms, hydraulic cylinders, etc., and the components should be specially ordered.
The working principle is that the hydraulic power pack drives the rocker arm through the hydraulic cylinder to rotate the unloading door at a certain angle.Inductive proximity sensors are installed in the opening, middle and closing positions of the material door.By adjusting the installation position of the intermediate proximity sensor, the size of the material door opening can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different feeding capabilities of users. The hydraulic power pack is equipped with a manual pump to ensure smooth unloading when the electric pump is not working properly.
1.4.4 Oil supply lubrication system
The mixing host adopts a variety of oil supply and lubrication methods, mainly the shaft end electric concentrated oil pump oil injection lubrication method, the gearbox gear oil immersion lubrication method and the bearing oil gun oil injection method.
1.5.5 Unloading handle
The discharge handle is a set of welded parts. When there is a sudden power failure during the work of the mixer, in order to unload the concrete in the mixing tank and prevent it from solidifying in the mixing cylinder, the cylinder joint pin shaft can be detached and the unloading door shaft can be pulled with the unloading handle to open the door in order to clean up the mixing tank.
