GDXL Precise Machinery Co., Ltd. (GDXL) was founded in 1993 with a registered capital of RMB 50, 000, 000. GDXL has more than 420 employees. Located in Sanshan, Nanhai, Foshan city. GDXL is one of the key high-tech enterprises under the China Torch Program. It specializes in R&D of packaging products (perform, bottle, closure), fabrication of PET blow mold, preform mold and closure mold.
Since its establishment, GDXL has been focusing on its development within the same industry, and has achieved a perfect role transition from a mold maker to a universal PET packaging solutions provider. GDXL′s service ranges from project proposal, feasibility analysis, bottle design, mold fabrication, technical support, conversion on production lines, circulation case study and product inspection, etc.
GDXL′s products and services apply on various industries including beverages, edible oil, chemical products, pharmacy and food production, etc. Customer base mainly comprises high-end brands of beverage and packaging suppliers. GDXL′s production base is equipped with more than 300 sets of highly precise manufacturing equipment, including complex turn-milling center, five-axis flexible production line, complex cylindrical grinding center, vacuum heat treatment facility and intelligent 3D warehouse, etc. With a production area of 25, 000 square meters, GDXL′s annual productivity of blow mold, preform mold and closure mold are 30, 000 cavities, 20, 000 cavities and 3, 000 cavities respectively. With strong production capability, GDXL effectively fulfils customers′ needs in delivering highly precise and individualized products in a reasonably short period of time.
