The offshore spiral drilling rig adopts the SL6x6 amphibious vehicle chassis, which has good off-road performance, trafficability, maneuverability, and floating performance in water, and can fully meet the special requirements of field construction.
The offshore spiral drilling rig adopts full hydraulic drive, overload protection, stepless speed regulation, convenient operation, safety and reliability, and has the characteristics of all operations being carried out on the vehicle.
In order to solve the problem of collapse of the hole wall caused by drilling in swamps, water, and the inability to place explosives, a device (with an inner diameter of 68mm) has been developed to place explosives inside the drill pipe. This achieves the goal of placing explosives in their original positions as the drill pipes are dismantled one by one. The drill pipe of this drilling rig is equipped with explosives inside. To facilitate users in some special terrains without the need for explosives inside, the outer diameter of the drill pipe has been added φ 90 and φ 60 types of drill pipes to meet different working conditions.
