4: Process part: Impeller, front wear plate, after guard plate adopt precision casting and digital control process, other pump parts adopt metal mold and phenolic sand molding for casting, it can ensure the accurate molded lines of casting, uniform wall thickness, clean surface and long service life, before leaving the factory, the pumps are tested in the lab one by one, and the only those which are aqulified can leave the factory.
5: Stucture: SAKZ pumps adopt rear door open structure and coupling with intermendiate shaft, without the removal of motor and pipelines at inlet and oulet, the impeller, rear antifriction plate, shaft gland and bearing bracket can be removed or replaced.
6: Parts: At the requests of manufacturers, SAKZ pumps can be equipped with different parts such as nodular cast iron, wearable stainless steel, two-phase wearable stainless steel, impeller and overflow parts, all of which are processed under hardening treatment and nitrogen treatment, the combination of the two menthods can increase the surface hardness and abrasion resisitance of parts.

8: Installation: The installation dimensions are isochronous with that at abroad in order to make it easy for operation.
