Fiber reinforced plastics (Composite material for short) molded grating use unsaturated polyester resin(includes orthophthalic polyester, isophthalic polyester, vinylester, phenolic, bisphenol A)as matrix material, glass fiber roving(alkali or alkali-free) as base, manufacture the opening rate of insulation board of colored fiber composite materials by special process over custom mold.
2. The features of molded grating
2.1 Anti-corrosion
Carefully prepared through the use of high-quality resin and fully impregnated glass fiber yarn, guarantees the molded grating large PH value of acid corrosion.
2.2 High strength
The use of triple braiding and eventually the whole shape will load evenly dispersed to various parts of the grating, so that the high strength of lattice grating are obtained.
2.3 Impact resistance
It has the different characteristic of permanent deformation and in need of repair from metal grating, it allows to bend repeatedly without permanent deformation of high impact strength molded grating.
2.4 Flammability
All molded grating passed American ASTM - 84 channel test, and less than calss 1 25 burning rate.
2.5 Insulation
The excellent insulation performance of molded grating makes it to use in different conducting hazard areas.
2.6 Slip Resistance
The three types surface treatment of concave surface, sanding and antiskid plate of molded grating make it has the excellent anti-slip function and extend the service life of grating.

The weight of molded grating is only a quarter of the metal grating, only two workers can cut with simple cutting tools and assemble, reduces the support and installation costs.
3,The surface types of composite molded grating
According to the requirement of the application, we usually choose the different surface types of composite molded grating.
3.1 Natural concave
To shape meniscate concave naturally, has good anti-slip performance.
3.2 Sanding surface
The quartz sand paved on surface of grating, it has better anti-slip.
3.3 Cover plate
The surface of grating paste pattern or sanded panel, not only anti-slip and also prevent liquid drip and gases volatilize.
3.4 Smooth surface
The polished surface will be more refined and elegant.
