The diaphragm compressor is driven by the motor, rotates the crankshaft through the belt pulley, and then makes the piston in the oil cylinder move in a reciprocating straight line through the connecting rod to push the oil liquid to make the diaphragm vibrate reciprocally. Under the control of the intake and exhaust valve, the diaphragm vibrates once, that is, to complete the intake and exhaust process. When the membrane press works, a small amount of oil in the oil cylinder leaks into the oil tank through the gap between the piston ring, the cylinder wall and the ring groove. In order to compensate this part of oil quantity, the diaphragm can be close to the cylinder head surface at the end of the compressor stroke to discharge the compressed medium. The compensation oil pump injects oil into the oil cylinder during the suction process of the membrane compressor. The oil quantity is slightly more than the leakage quantity. The excess oil quantity flows back to the crankcase through the pressure regulating valve that controls the oil pressure at the end of the compressor stroke.


Since the diaphragm completely separates the cylinder from the oil cylinder, the compressed medium is not in contact with the oil, so as to avoid oil pollution and ensure the purity of the compressed medium. The cylinder is composed of cylinder head curved surface and diaphragm. It is a closed cavity, so it has good sealing performance.

Diaphragm compressor is a reciprocating compressor with special structure. It has large compression ratio and good sealing performance.
