Introduction to integrated water purifier strengthening technology process:
According to the characteristics of the source water quality, a steel integrated water purifier is adopted. Through forced mixing, small spacing grid+folded plate flocculation, double-layer inclined tube sedimentation, the use of our original air-water backwash special water cap, the use of large-flow range washing and backwash filtration process that can produce mud balls, crusts, etc. in the filter material during operation for a period of time (the filter often occurs in single-water backwash), the requirements of various indicators of water purification are met.
JLGS series integrated water purifier adopts high-efficiency water purification technology in the mixing, flocculation, sedimentation and filtration process sections, which makes the overall technology have the characteristics of high efficiency, sufficient mixing and short flocculation time compared with traditional process technology. The specific strengthening measures are as follows:
Mixing - using forced micro vortex mixing technology
The first step of water purification treatment is to add flocculant to the source water. It is required to complete the diffusion process in a very short time (less than 10S) to destabilize the colloidal particles. The essence of mixing is the diffusion process of the hydrolysate of the coagulant into the water body. The mixing equipment is to realize the particle migration in the multiphase system by creating a high proportion and high intensity of micro-vortex, using the centrifugal inertia effect of the micro-vortex to increase the submicroscopic mass transfer rate and promote the submicroscopic mass transfer.
The traditional tubular static mixer has a slow water flow rate, high drug consumption, and part of the water is laminar flow. The flocculant is not fully utilized, so it enters the sedimentation tank with the water flow and is discharged with the sludge. The scheme adopts the forced mixer developed by our company, which is equipped with several different reaction sections. By controlling the speed of water flow and the scale of water flow space, the high proportion and high intensity of micro vortices are created. The water flow is forced to change direction for many times, presenting a strong turbulent state. The chemical hydrolysate quickly completes the diffusion and mixing within a few seconds, so that the colloidal particles can be destabilized.
1.3 Enhanced flocculation - a combination process of small spacing grid flocculation and sedimentation water purification
Coagulation is the key link in the process of water purification, and it is the first production process. To improve the quality of produced water, we must pay attention to coagulation treatment. "Enhanced coagulation" is not only to add appropriate coagulant to the water and control a certain pH value, but also to improve the process to ensure that the effluent quality meets the standard.
1.The dosage of coagulant can compress the hydrated shell of organic matter, neutralize the hydrolyzed cation and organic anion, eliminate the influence of organic matter on inorganic colloid, and make the inorganic colloid destabilize. Different water quality has different requirements on the dosage of coagulant, and coagulant has better effect on macromolecular organic matter and water-increasing organic matter in water.
2.Adjust the pH value. The pH value of water has obvious influence on the removal of organic matter. When the pH value of raw water is high, the pH value can be reduced by adding acid. Generally, when there are many organic substances, the effect of adjusting the pH to~6 is better. Acid is generally added before the coagulant is added to promote the hydrolysis of the coagulant to form a high valence positive charge.3. Adopt small spacing grid+folded plate flocculation technology, improve the flocculation process requirements, and improve the hydraulic conditions to make the coagulant fully play its role. Technical principle: by arranging multi-layer and small-spaced grids+folded plates on the flow channel of each flocculation shaft, the water flow through the small hole grid causes a high proportion of micro-vortex in the water flow behind the grid. The centrifugal inertia of the micro-vortex greatly improves the probability of particle collision and the mass transfer rate in the details. At the same time, due to the inertia of the flow through the grid, the alum flower becomes more dense and easy to precipitate after passing through the grid.
