Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are factory. 20 years production experiences since 1998.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 25-30 days if the profiles are in stock. Or it is 45-60 days if the profiles are not in stock, it is also according to the quantity.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and 50% - 70% balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable!

A: Yes, sure. We can produce windows & doors based on your design and size or our professional design team also can supply a perfect design solutions according to your's requires. 
Q: Do you offer size measurement service or installation service?
A: It depends on project size (big or small), and how far from our factory.  For Southeast Asia, like Philippines, we offer size measurement service always, and installation guidance service.
Q: What is your color available?

A: Color available from RAL color chip system or real color sample.

Q: What's the most common hardware do you use?
A: German,  Australia, American and China top brands, depends on customer requirements.

Q:How do I know your price?

A: Price is based on customer's specific requirements as below(detailed info will help us quote exact price to you):
1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window & door dimensions, quantity and types; 
2) Profile color and types(regular or thermal break);
3) Glass types(single/double/triple), thickness, and color(clear, tinted, reflective or Low-E, w or w/o Argon).
Q: Shall we need to install the glass (onsite) or installed already before delivery?
A: Glass will be installed at factory except the dimension is too big, we have to make sure the products to be safe during the transportation and meanwhile to check if it is easy for our customers to install the whole set windows/doors or not. 
Q:What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of product quality problems?

A: 1) 10 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading or bubbles. Hardware and accessories depends on what brands you choose and working properly under correct operation(10 years warranty for German hardware). 
2) Our factory will debug all the products before shipment. But in case of our quality problem after our engineers to check with you, we will provide replacement products or accessories by courier.
