We Yantai Clear Co., Ltd are manufacture of the powder spray booth and powder curing oven for more than 8 years until 2019, July, and we supply the customized design just according your real situation. 
 
When you do the powder coating, you need one oven whose temperature is 180~220 Celsius to heating the powder and melt it. And we could supply this kind of oven. 

Your work piece may the metal parts like the doors, fence, aluminium, street poles, transformer, wheels, shopping cart, textile machinery, electric control box, motor parts, and so on. 3. Manual Oven 

The blue color powder curing oven below is manual type, need people push the work piece in and out though the trolley and the floor rail.  And usually also need using together with the powder coating booth. 
 
The red color powder curing oven below, is also manual, but it's the top rails type. And this customer's work piece is the aluminium profile, and he also supply powder coating service to the others. 
 

4. Automatic Oven 

The automatic powder curing oven below can both allow the work piece move automatically on the automatic line. 
 
The blue color oven in the first picture is single automatic oven without automatic powder coating booth. Also have door to closed the much bigger work piece inside the oven for heating 30min. 
 
The green color oven in the second picture is on the automatic line. The automatic powder coating line also include the spray type pre treatment system, automatic powder coating booth and the automatic powder curing oven. 
 
5. Related equipment

The powder coating booth is usually using together with the powder curing oven. This equipment where to supply you the powder coating working place. If you also need them, please feel free to tell us, we will supply you the design together with the powder curing oven. Also the powder coating gun is available.

We are manufacture of the powder coating equipment for 8 years in Shandong Province,China. We have 3 laser cutting machine, 3 bending machine and 2 cutting machine, 6 welding platform and so on.

A.  What kind of the powder oven dimension you can supply? 
 
     We could supply the customized design for all the sizes of powder coating ovens you need. 
 
 B. How about the delivery time?
 
The powder oven need about 30 work days, and need may 35 work days if you also buy the powder coating booth. 
 
 C. How to pay the money?
 
We do the international trade by T/T uaually, 30%T/T for the deposit, 70% T/T for the balance. 
 
L/C is also acceptable. 
 
 D. Difficult to install the oven if choose abroad manufacture?
 
Don't worry about that, we will pre install the powder coating oven before you send the balance and before loading into the container. We will take pictures and videos about how we install the powder curing oven. 
 
E. What about the guarantee period?
 
    You will have 12 months guarantee time for the powder coating oven, if the parts broken as our mistake, we will send you by DHL. But as we do the pre install before the laoding, so this situation won't happen we believe.
