Handheld Optical Power Meter with VFL(JF-H6301)
1.General
Optical Power Meter with VFL is a latest self-developed test instrument which to be used for absolute optical power measurement as well as loss relative measurement of fiber optic. It features ingenious appearance, large LCD display, auto-off function optional, wide range of power measurement, high accurate test precision, user automatic self calibration function and universal 2.5mm connetor. It is an ideal test instrument for optical fiber solution.

4.Functions
4.1 Keyboard Directions

4.2 LCD display
LCD is displayed optical power value as dBm, mW, uW, nW(need to switch);and the battery power and automatic shut down state etc.
5.Usage Directions
5.1Power on/off
1.Press key on panel board,LCD display,Optical power meter is turned on.
2.Long press and hold key (about 3 seconds),to loose key,optical power meter is turned off.
5.2 Absolute Power Measurement
1.Switch on Optical Power Meter.
2. Enter intoMenu->Setting->Wavelength.OPM,Press up and down key to set wavelength,pressENTERkey to complete wavelenght setting.
3. Access the measured light,the screen will display the current measured value.
5.3 Relative Power Measurement
1.Setting the wavelength.
2. In the absolute power measurement mode, insert measured light, to measure the current power value.
3. Enter intoMenu->dB/dBm,and pressENTERkey,the main interface unit shown as dB,relative optical power value is 0dB.
4. Insert another to be measured light, it displays its current relative optical power value.
5.4 Save the testing value
After access to measured light signal,pressMenu->Save,and pressENTERkey to save the current test value.
5.5 check the test value was saved
Enter intoMenu->History,pressENTERkey to check the test data has been saved.
5.6 User Self-calibration
1. Enter intoMenu->Setting->Calibrate settings, then pressENTERkey.
2.Press up/down key to set calibration value,then pressENTERkey
5.7 Open the Visual Fault Locator
1. PressMenu->Setting->Wavelength.VFL,ThenENTER key.
2. Press up/down key to set VFL wavlength,then pressENTERkey.
