Using manual:
First time usage:
By flexing metal disc inside hot pack, special gel starts to crystallize, till liquid becomes solid, pressing liquid

Put whenever you need to heat
Second time usage:
If you want re-use and recycle hot pack, please wrap stuff with towel or cotton fabric and put into boiled water For 3 to 5 minutes (please avoid surface of hot pack touching heating container directly), wait till crystal Structure 100% melt Cautious because hot pack is under status of high-temperature and don't direct contact your skin Do according to step 1 and 2 products can be repeated usage
