Foshan Ifirst Powder Metallurgy Technology Co., Ltd., located in the industrial town of the Pear-Rive-Delta, is an independent operating company of Midea Investment Co., Ltd. It was established in December 2003, and the current investment is up to RMB 50, 000, 000. It covers 60acres. The area of workshop is more than 8, 000m2. The main production equipments and testing equipments are introduced from Japan, Taiwan and Germany.
At present, it mainly produce various of precise powdered metal parts, such as copper, iron, brass, stainless steel structural components, gears, bearings, and bushings. The current annual production capacity is 500 million precise oiliness bearings, bushings and other all kinds of 3, 000 tons of machine parts, which makes it become the largest professional manufacturer of powder metallurgy parts in South China.
In October 2004, we attained the ISO9001: 2000 and we have a blue plan to get TS16949 certificate in 2007. Insisting " low cost, high-quality, delivery on time, best service ", we are devoted to supply perfect powder metallurgy parts.
