Counter_rotating tri_screw suits processing of heat sensitive materials, foaming materials and elastomer compounding materials down to the ground for its plasticize compounding well. People used co-rotating twin-screw and internal mixer to process above materials, when process cable materials with none-halogen and low smoke, EVA foaming materials, technique as follow: Internal mixer--counter_rotating conical twin screw---single screw granulate/ internal mixer--double twists in_material single screw extrude and pelletizing, when preparing for cable materials with none-halogen, technique as follow: PP+ elastomer+ flame retardant+ other additive; Foam formulations are composed of vector resin + vesicant+ assistant blowing agent+ filler. Materials are mixed by internal mixer, then plastic into clump. As materials have elastomer, strong stickiness after plastic, they may be sick more or less in mixing room and the remains would decompose for overheat that lead to all materials scrap. Besides, materials from mixer are hard to enter next extruder for their stickiness and clump. Compare to above technique, counter_rotating tri_screw have obviously advantages, the efficiency is greatly raised, and the intensity of labor is decreased, low scrap product ratio, low Power consumption--just is a half of the old technique's.
