When cone crusher start working, the motor is rotated by belt or axis connector. Shaft and cone part are rotated around fixed one under the pressure of eccentric sleeve. It makes crushing chamber of cone crusher close to or leave the surface of which is fixed on the adjustment cover. The ores are impacted, squeezed and bended continuously in crushing chamber.
The spring assurance system works when the material which is hard to break go through crushing chamber or the machine is overloaded for some reason. The material can be discharged if the outlet is enlarged. In case of the material is stuffed, the outlet can be enlarged by cleaning chamber system.
The outlet can be automatically resumed under the role of spring and the machine can work normally. This series of crusher is divided into three kinds: Rough cone crusher, middle cone crusher and fine cone crusher.
