FAQ:
1. How to setup camera config?

a. The camera is encrypted by password, only the administrator can setup camera config.
b. please connect camera with docking station/computer, open the management software and input administration password, then you setup camera config.

2. How to delete video from camera?
a. The camera is encrypted by password; video cannot be deleted from camera. only the administrator can delete video from management system.
b. please connect camera with docking station/computer, the video collecting software will automatically download the video to docking station and delete from camera.
c. administrator can delete video from management system after video is downloaded.

3. Why connect external camera to body worn camera but it doesn't work?
a. make sure the external camera is connect with body worn camera properly, try to disconnect and connect again to make sure connection is good.
b. open body worn camera's manual and turn on the external camera function by manual.

4. Why batteries become shorter duration for recording after 1 years using?
a. Body worn camera use high quality Li-Po battery and normally the lifespan is 300times full cycle charge and discharge. After 1 years using, the battery volume will drop about 20-30%. This is normal for current battery technology.
b. Provide backup battery as optional accessories. Please buy backup battery for change when your battery life is short after long period usage.

5. Why the memory volume is only 18MB when I connect camera to computer? Didn't I buy a 32GB (or 64GB) camera?
a. when you connect with computer, the system only show the public part of body worn camera. The rest part is encrypted by password in case the body worn camera is occupied by authorized person.
b. when you input password by management software, you will see the whole volume of camera 32GB (or 64GB)in system.

6. Does the camera have Thermal Infrared function?
a. because the limit of size, body worn camera have normal infrared function, not thermal infrared.
b. Infrared light can support to recognize human and animals from 10meters

7. Is the body worn camera waterproof?
a. Body worn camera can support IP68, it is not problem for raining situation.

8. What is the shock-resistance grade of body worn camera?
a. Body worn camera can resist 2m dropping test.
