VTM1602A is a low-power consumption 5x8 DOT matrix character LCD module with built in DDROM. The controller has a built-in DDRAM&CGRAM. All the display functions are controlled by instructions and the module can be easily interfaced with a parallel MPU.

2) Display type: STN / Transmissive 6 O'clock negative
3) Driving method: 1/16 duty.
