This Parylene coating technic doesn't need any solvent and auxiliary in praylene vapour aggradation coating technology. Furthermore, Pinhole or gaseous molecule will not directly solidified in the coat film on the surface of the workpiece even when the thickness achieves 0.1µ M. This μ m film, which is deposited at room temperature, has features of even thickness, hole-less, tight, transparent, stress-less, and perfect insulation, antisepsis, acid-proof, mechanical property. It is one of the most advanced coat materials all over the world.
