ESL System Introduction
1.How does it work?
ESL System consists of 3 parts: software,base station and labels.Software connect base station by LAN, base station transfer the signal to labels by 433MHz. After received the signals, labels will refresh the price information.These 3 parts are indispensable,the labels then can finished the price update. If just have tag, can not refresh price information.

1)Software: we have demo software, stand-alone store software, chain store software for clients' option.
2)Base station: one set base station can control 65,000pcs labels (max) in its converage. And station converage is R=14~25m indoor (suggestion)

Q:How does the electronic shelf label Integrate?
A.For integrated, our ESL system act as a middleware, between the electronic price tag and upper client system(POS/ERP system).The upper system send the data(e.G.:Export the excel file) to our ESL system, then the ESL system send the data to the base station, base station send the data to the electronic price tag.
Q:Do I necessary to use your software to make the tag work?
A:Not necessary.We will offer the SDK to you, you can develop your own software or integrate your own system(POS/ERP).Our SDK is in .Net version and .Net core version.
Q:Which language could I display on the labels?
A:Yes, the information you want to output is JPG or PNG is allowed.Our electronic shelf label is the dot-matrix epaper display, it can display any information that you need.Our ESL can be displayed in two ways:
A.One is the text method, which only supports English.
B.Other language is update by another way, image method, send the image data to the tag, so that is no language limitation.
Q:Can you explain why the label has LED light colors on the left hand side ?

Q:How long does the battery life last on standby mode (when not changing display) ?
A:The label's battery life can be up to 5 years (based on one day update)and our label displays without electricity.Battery of our ESL is a non-rechargeable and quick release battery.
Q:When will you ship the goods?What shipping company method do you use ?
A:We will ship the goods 3-4 workday after payment.Generally, we'll choose these three delivery companies:DHL, UPS or FedEx.
Q:Does the product have any warranty?
A:Yes, our warranty is 1 year. During the warranty period,if meet any damage caused by non-human factors, we will change a new one for free.
Q:Does the software require access to the external internet or Suny servers?
A:The software can access to your intranet or access the external internet.
