We have founded our company in October, 1994, is a professional manufacturers of production, processing and sales various of aluminum rod, aluminum alloy seamless tube and different shapes of the industrial aluminum profiles.
We own three production lines, as 880 tons, 1350 tons and 3600tons professional extrusion equipment used to extrusion seamless aluminum tube and alloy bar. We still have three 10-ton furnace, two preheated furnaces, two frequency furnace, two again furnace, two vertical quench furnace, annealing furnace and multi-roll straighter and other equipment.
The annual production capacity is 8, 00 tons and it including various brands of seamless steel tubes, rods, annual production capacity of 5, 000 tons and 3, 000 tons of annual production capacity of aluminum profiles. High-strength aluminum is widely used in professional military, automotive, optoelectronics, aerospace, air, air conditioning, textile, metal and the other fields.
Currently, we have import sub-degree spectrometer, tensile testing machine and other advanced quality testing equipment. We have established quality guarantee system according to the requirements of ISO9001: 2000.
