GCS Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Equipment

Usage:
GCS low voltage withdrawable switchgear equipment product is developed according to market demands, which possesses high breaking capacity, meets demand of electricity market and is of good competitiveness. The equipment is used for power distribution, motor center control (MCC) and reactive compensation in distribution system of some industries such as power plant, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile and modern architecture where rated operation voltage is 400V(690V), rated operation current 4000A and below and frequency three-phase A. C. 50Hz.

Construction Features:
1. The frames are made of 8MF structional steel, which has mounting holes with modular interval 20mm and 100mm respectively on both sides.
2. Two selectable side frame constructions: Complete assembly or partial welding.
3. The switchgear body is separated into different compartments including functional compartment, busbar compartment and cable compartment with different functions.
4. The horizontal busbars are arranged in the rear part to re-enforce anti electrodynamic ability and ensure high short-circuit breaking capacity.
5. The design of the cable compartment makes incoming and outcoming of cables convenient.
6. The height module of drawers is 160mm. The drawers with the same function units have fine interchangeability because of their difference not in their width and depth but in height. The rated current of each unit is 400A or below.
7. Drawer panels are clearly marked the positions of ON, OFF, TEST and DRAW-OUT. Drawer units are equipped with mechanical interlocking devices.
8. Connectors identical in chip type structucture and varied in numbers of chips are used according to incoming and outcoming cables of drawers. Based on current level transit between drawer unit and the cable compartment can be achieved using model ZJ-1 bar type or tube type connectors of same sizes. Transit between 1/2 drawer unit and the cable compartment can be achieved using model ZJ-2 connector.
