Multi-Gas Support
FINESORB-3020 analyzer supports to use N, Ar, Kr, Co, Co, H and He as adsorbate. The instrument internally supports analysis of multiple data models, so that more types of sample can be analyzed.
Multiple Cold Bath Support
FINESORB-3020 analyzer supports to use liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon and other cold baths. The instrument internally supports adsorption models under multiple cold bath conditions, which is easy for analyzing multiple types of sample.
High-precision Sensor
The instrument is equipped with a built in high-precision resistance sensor and a Pirani-gauge sensor, which can detect pressure from 1*10-6 PA to 2*105 PA, so that the mesopore and micropore adsorption and desorption can be analyzed completely.
Software Overview
FINESORB-3020 software is based on Windows interface. The software interfaces are simple, clear and easy operation. By using the software, we can set the adsorbate and sample parameters, control the degassing station and analysis station, and control the automatic completion of adsorptions and desorptions. Via the software, we can also view the data after test, generate reports and then print, edit and cut the reports, and export the data to a TXT file, which is easy for interaction with the softwares like ORIGIN.
Software Control
The instrument schematic diagram is displayed on the screen, including the valve state and the pressure sensor values, both of which will be shown on the software interface at the same time. The software will automatically judge the operation on the electromagnetic valve according to the preset pressure, and draw isotherm. The software can also support manual control mode, such as the manual operation for the elevator and the electromagnetic valve. The software uses the 485 protocol for control, and supports extended control over multiple instruments.
