CHONGQING JIINYI SILICON MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT Co., Ltd is located in Yunyang Industrial District, Chongqing, China. And it is specialized in the R&D, production and selling a series microsilica in the applications of Concrete, refractory ceramic and electronic materials etc. We have built our own production bases in Chongqing, Jiangsu and Henan. As one of the largest and earliest silica fume manufacturers in China, and our annual output is more than 100, 000 tons.
In order to improve our company core competencies, we pay more attention on R & D. Now we have imported a lot of advanced testing and inspection equipments from Abroad and we have an research team including the expert in various application areas such as mineral mining, processing, modification etc. One is in silica powder research, we are at the international advanced level with its independent intellectual property Rights. Another is in building materials with Silica Fume(Microsilica) have our own advantages for its design, developing and application. So far, our company is divided into two main business:
First, Silica Powder using in electronics industry. It is well known with its high content of impurities, stable performance as the main raw material from Three Gorges reservoir area. The silicon powder can be used as the electronics industry electronics components, circuit boards, glass fiber industry, raw materials and fillers after grinding, modification, processing. And we export all around world such as Japan, Taiwan and America.
Second, Silica Fume using in building material. We produce good quality Microsilica benefit from our silica mining industry group by high temperature melting of Silicon ore and collecting the silica fume dust through special collection equipment. The product has a high specific surface area (more than 15000kg/m3), activity Sio2 content (more than 85%) and other characteristics, it can be widely used in building materials, especially for high tall building, large-span bridges, dams and other fields. Because its excellent characteristics, it can improve the concrete performance and make concrete more durability, high strength, good crack resistance, excellent performance.
