There are 17 different kinds of walk in tubs and over 35 moulds in our factory.

Quality Control system
1. Each production group has its own group leader; The leader is responsible for the inspection between process, adding up the numbers and computing the rate of quality. The leader will have to assure the quality of products in each process.
2. Two professional QC
One QC check over all the tubs after production (check the surface of the tubs, and testing the systems to make sure the massage systems can work well). The other QC need to recheck all the tubs again before packing to make sure each tub is completely good.
Research and Development of creating new moulds
Mould opening group: 4 professional technicians
Technician A: Perform required moulds maintenance and record in logbook.
Technician B: Research and Develop new moulds
Technician C&D: Assist Technician B to research and developing the moulds
